Representative Barney Frank’s new draft bill, the Internet Gambling Regulation Consumer Protection and Enforcement Act of 2009, has been getting a lot of positive attention, and seeks to overturn and replace the current Unlawful Internet Gambling Enforcement Act, which both sides of the political spectrum agree has more flaws than positive attributes.
