Poker and Wrestling It looks like two huge organizations are joining forces to become one of the most successful partnership advertising deals in online poker history. The latest news is that Ultimate Bet will be partnering with WWE to commemorate their 25th anniversary. WWE of course used to be known world wide as the WWF, the World Wrestling Federation, but since that also stands for the World Wildlife Foundation, there was a dispute that ended in the name change. Now many have even forgotten all about that drama and are just thrilled to hear about the strong partnership that has come about. Also, it turns out that many wrestling fans are also poker fans to it is very interesting that that crosssection of the market has not been tackled or targeted until recently. The Ultimate Bet logo is currently being displayed very prominently on the WWE website, which is also being very tricked out with several promotions and smashing pictures, since the organization is currently celebrating their huge anniversary. Other sponsors are the more well known Slim Jim jerky products and Nabisco, which are two all American lines. However Ultimate Bet is Canadian, which shows a very pleasant relationship between the two countries. It is also very important to note than many people also end up voting on wrestling matches. Ultimate Bet’s millions of players will have a chance to win tickets to the Wrestle Mania event that will be held in Texas. There will be poker tournaments that will determine the winners and as it turns out, the interest is very high judging from the numbers of entrants that have already signed up.
