Bodog Releases Latest Improvement Leading online poker casino Bodog has announced a highly anticipated feature for their interface this week, in response to complaints and suggestions from their loyal users for years. For an organization that prides itself on featuring the latest graphics and exciting games for their members, it was always surprising that their poker tables and playing window did not have the option to be moved or customized in any way. Many players were forced to miss out on one side of the table since it was not compatible with their computer monitor. Still others could not see the chat box, for the same reason. Now they have finally found a solution! Players can finally resize the tables, and customize where they want each of the modules, in addition to being able to decide how big each section should be. It sounds like a pretty simple feature, but in reality, there are so many poker players who are members of the site and who are playing at any given time, that it’s been difficult for the company to find a software solution that would be able to customize so many different things. Furthermore, their server had to be equipped to handle the increased traffic and the activity that all those changes would cause. Either way, Bodog has made it work and has once again displayed that their main priority is a great customer experience. Clearly, that is their key success, and no wonder they keep on having repeat business. Perhaps it’s the recent explosion of customizable member accounts so popular today such as Myspace and Facebook that has made the technology to do this more mainstream. Whatever it was, the changes were getting more and more important, since customers have grown accustomed to a completely tailored experience and have less and less patience with software or formats that are cumbersome, repetitive or outdated in any way. Some might call this type of customer spoiled. Others just might say that these are poker players who just have great taste. Or just like to see when their opponent folds a hand of Texas Hold’em.
